Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to US addresses: 7-15 business days after shipment.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@wovellen.com.

Where we ship

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
