Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your new light. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and undamaged condition in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@wovellen.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — no need to send the damaged item back.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been installed, used, or are not in original condition cannot be returned.
