How long does shipping take?

Free shipping on every order, carefully packed and fully tracked. Most pieces arrive in 1–2 weeks — we're honest about timelines rather than promising the impossible.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it — no fight. Every order is packed to travel, but lighting is delicate and we stand behind it.

Can I return something?

Yes — return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days.

Are the fixtures hardwired?

Many are. For hardwired chandeliers and sconces we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

Do you really curate?

We do. We find the good pieces from across the world, edit out the noise, and only list the ones that earn their place.
